Adult Residential Support Professional

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional Responsibilities: Provide supervision, encouragement, and life-skills coaching to residents in a residential treatment setting; support treatment plans and resident goals; monitor and document resident progress; assist with medication administration, housekeeping, laundry, meals, and daily activities; transport residents to appointments and community events; facilitate educational and life-skills activities; respond to emergencies and maintain a safe environment; uphold confidentiality and professional boundaries. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; valid driver's license and reliable transportation; experience in human services or related fields preferred; strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Duties: Support residents' recovery, serve as a positive role model, ensure safety, and contribute to a structured, supportive environment.
