Full-time Adult Residential Support Professional position in a Substance Use Disorder treatment facility.
Responsibilities
- Support and monitor residents
- Provide positive role modeling
- Maintain accurate records of behaviors and actions
- Assist with medication management
- Perform housekeeping duties
- Provide transportation support
- Develop life skills with residents
- Respond to emergencies
- Support clinical treatment plans
- Facilitate educational activities
- Perform basic first aid
- Ensure confidentiality of client information
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Related experience or coursework in social services preferred
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Willingness to complete necessary training
Skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical requirements
Ability to perform job duties in community settings, including outdoor conditions.
