Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of residential facilities by maintaining structural, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Create a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold facility standards and support residents' needs.
