About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Adult Residential Support Professional to work full-time on 3rd shift in a new 50-bed residential treatment program for adult males. In this direct care role, you will support residents in recovery through supervision, encouragement, and life-skills coaching, maintain a safe and structured environment, assist with medication monitoring, daily living activities, and documentation, facilitate treatment plans, educational, and life-skills activities, respond to emergencies and transport residents as needed, and uphold confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, encouragement, and life-skills coaching to residents in recovery
• Maintain a safe and structured environment
• Assist with medication monitoring, daily living activities, and documentation
• Facilitate treatment plans, educational, and life-skills activities
• Respond to emergencies and transport residents as needed
• Uphold confidentiality and professional boundaries

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
