Responsibilities
- Perform total joint and adult reconstructive orthopedic surgeries.
- Maintain and grow a high‑volume practice (500–600 cases per year).
- Collaborate with experienced staff and advanced practice providers after six months.
- Participate in a fully physician‑owned model with complete ancillary services.
- Contribute to the partnership track and potential ownership in ASC, PT, imaging, and walk‑in clinic.
Compensation
Pay Rate: $700,000 – $1,000,000 annually, with earning potential over $1.1 million through competitive base salary, bonus potential, and full benefits.
Schedule
2.5 days of operating‑room block time per week.
