About the role
We are seeking a Total Joint Surgeon to join a respected, physician-owned orthopedic group with a 30+ year legacy of excellence. The position offers 500–600 total joint cases annually, a robust referral network, and a 2-year partnership track with the potential for ownership options.
Responsibilities
- Performing complex adult reconstructive and total joint surgeries
- Building and maintaining a strong referral base
- Participating in a collegial team environment
- Enjoying a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $700,000 - $1,000,000 plus bonuses and full benefits
Requirements
- Board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery
- At least 5 years of experience in adult reconstructive and total joint surgery
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Qualifications
- MD degree from an accredited medical school
- Current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois
- Experience with advanced surgical techniques and technologies
