Orthopedic Surgeon - Adult Reconstructive / Total Joint

The Role

A fellowship-trained Adult Reconstruction Surgeon to help build one of the premier Total Joint replacement programs in the Northeast.

Responsibilities

• Perform primary and revision hip and knee replacements
• Expand outpatient total joint replacement programs
• Participate in rapid recovery and ASC-based care pathways
• Collaborate with PM&R, pain management, and orthopedic colleagues
• Help develop clinical pathways and quality initiatives
• Support outcomes reporting and employer-sponsored programs
• Participate in research, outcomes tracking, and program development

Requirements

• Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Replacement
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• High-volume experience in hip and knee arthroplasty
• Comfort practicing in an ASC environment
• Ability to perform both with and without robotic assistance
• Commitment to quality outcomes and patient experience
• Interest in helping grow a service line
