Adult Reconstructive and Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon

About the role

We are seeking a Total Joint Surgeon to join a fully physician-owned orthopedic group with a 30+ year legacy of excellence. The position offers 500–600 total joint cases annually, a robust referral network, and a 2-year partnership track with potential for ownership options.

Responsibilities

• Performing total joint surgeries including hip and knee replacements
• Collaborating with a supportive team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Managing a caseload of 500–600 total joint cases annually
• Participating in a 2.5 day per week OR block schedule

Requirements

• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery
• At least 5 years of surgical experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• MD degree from an accredited medical school
• Current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois
• Passing scores on all required exams

$700,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 annually
