Orthopedic Surgeon - Adult Reconstructive and Total Joint

About the Role

Join an experienced team to deliver high-quality patient care through comprehensive total joint surgery, managing a high volume of cases (500–600 annually). Support practice growth via a partnership track, ownership options in ancillary services, and participation in a fully physician-owned practice with complete services. Maintain efficient operations with staff and APP support while contributing to a welcoming community.

Responsibilities

• Perform total joint procedures, including primary and revision surgeries.
• Develop and maintain referral networks to support practice growth.
• Participate in practice growth initiatives, including ownership opportunities in ancillary services.
• Provide excellent patient care within a supportive, team-based environment.
• Collaborate with staff and advanced practice providers (APPs) to ensure efficient practice operations.

Requirements

• Board certification in orthopedic surgery.
• Expertise in adult reconstructive and total joint surgery.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and manage a busy caseload.
