About the role
The role involves providing supervision and support to individuals under adult probation.
Responsibilities
- Supervise individuals under adult probation
- Provide support and guidance to individuals in their recovery process
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Participate in regular meetings with clients and supervisors
- Ensure compliance with all legal and program requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, social work, psychology, or related field
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
- Experience working with individuals under adult probation
- Ability to pass a background check
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of state and federal laws related to probation and parole
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills

Schedule
