Adult Group Homes Residential Counselor - Per Diem

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to consumers residing in an adult group home
• Provide transportation, recreational activities, direction with daily living skills to increase independence
• Provide case management services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related discipline
• A registered nurse with combination of one or more years of college plus education and experience equal to four years
• An LPN plus two years of related experience
• A high school diploma or the equivalent, plus four years of related work or life experience
• Valid Driver's License with less than 6 points
