Positions Descriptions
This is a project in partnership with the International Rescue Committee in Richmond and Charlottesville.

- Year of Service: September 2026 - August 2027
- Proposed activities will be supported, in part, with federal funds from the AmeriCorps State program sub-granted through the Commonwealth of Virginia, Virginia Department of Social Services. Activities are contingent upon funding availability and award from AmeriCorps.
AmeriCorps Program
The AmeriCorps program is supported by the U.S. federal government, foundations, corporations, and other donors to engage adults in public service work with a goal of helping others and meeting critical needs in the community.
Steps to Apply

- Qualified candidates will be notified for an interview.
- Final candidates must also apply through the AmeriCorps Portal and comply with the IRC for Human Resources Onboarding.
AmeriCorps Program Details
- The AmeriCorps program provides public service opportunities for adults to help others and address critical community needs.
- Participants must commit to one year of full-time service.
IRC Partnership
This grant was received in partnership with the International Rescue Committee (IRC). The IRC in Charlottesville will serve as the primary Human Resources contact for these positions, but the work site will be with ReEstablish Richmond, and these positions will be supervised by a member of ReEstablish Richmond staff.
