Adult Day Driver

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe driving record and remain within the motor vehicle control program guidelines.
• Report all vehicles and customer incidents to supervisor and/or dispatch as soon as possible.
• Provide safe and timely transportation for all assigned customers.
• Implement appropriate Passenger Assistance Techniques to assist passengers as necessary.
• Utilize and maintain adaptive equipment for specialized transit.
• Execute preventive maintenance as required by Program and maintain all logs.
• Perform required safety checks on vehicles and equipment.
• Communicate with individuals, understand appropriate behavior modification techniques, and maintain a safe environment on vehicle during transport.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma, GED, or related experience.
• The ability to obtain necessary certificates, provided through paid training.
• A valid NH driver's license and insurance coverage.
• A good driving record (DMV) and a clear state criminal record.
• Successfully complete the Department of Transportation physical.

Pay

$18 hourly

Schedule

Part time, 20-25 hours a week; Monday-Friday split schedule 7a-9a & 1:30p-3:30p
