About the role
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated behavioral health professionals!
Responsibilities
- provide direct clinical assessment and clinical intervention for consumers of the program
- facilitate an integrated team approach in the consumer’s care plan with inclusion of CBHC services provided by Peer Specialist, Care Coordinator, nursing, and psychiatry
- develop individual treatment plan for psychotherapy needs as well as a service plan which coordinates and integrates all of the components of the CBHC team members in collaboration with the consumer
Requirements
- Will demonstrate competencies in all required evidenced based practices as determined by CBHC
- Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling required ; PH.D.; Ed.D. or PsyD preferred.
- Three years of experience specific to the clinician’s training and expertise required.
- Must meet all requirements to maintain an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Massachusetts license to practice as a social worker or counselor
- Must be able to pass a background check

Pay
- Unlicensed Clinician - $68,958.50 - $74,263/salaried
- Independent Licensure - $72,141.20 - $77,445.70/salaried
- Language differential available for Spanish, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole - additional $0.96/hourly
Schedule
- Full-Time, 40 hours with hybrid opportunities
- Preference for Sunday through Thursday shift pattern (would consider Tuesday through Saturday as well)
- Flexibility to accommodate a 4-day work week with the agreeance to work Sundays!
- $12 weekend shift differential available!
