Riverside is seeking a passionate Adult Clinician to join our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) team. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated behavioral health professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct clinical assessment and clinical intervention for consumers of the program
  • Facilitate an integrated team approach in the consumer’s care plan with inclusion of CBHC services provided by Peer Specialist, Care Coordinator, nursing, and psychiatry
  • Develop individual treatment plan for psychotherapy needs as well as a service plan which coordinates and integrates all of the components of the CBHC team members in collaboration with the consumer
  • Support coordination of care with both Riverside and community providers external to the CBHC Outpatient Center such as DMH, ACCS, Connect 2 Recovery, and Clubhouse

Schedule

  • Full Time, 40 hours
  • Sunday through Thursday
  • At least one on-site evening until 8 p.m. with a combination of in-person and remote days

Pay

  • Unlicensed Clinician: $68,958.50 - $74,263/salaried
  • Independent Licensure: $72,141.20 - $77,445.70/salaried
  • Depending on Productivity and Licensure

Requirements

  • Demonstrate competencies in all required evidenced-based practices as determined by CBHC
  • Bilingual may be required depending on the needs of the program

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling; PH.D., Ed.D. or PsyD preferred
  • Three years of experience specific to the clinician’s training and expertise required
  • Must meet all requirements to maintain an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
