About the role

The Adult/Children's Services Practitioner provides rehabilitative and case management mental health services to adults and children in the community setting.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or behavioral health field from accredited college or university
• 2000 hours of supervised mental health experience or 4000 hours of supervised mental health experience
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance coverage

Pay

$43,282.00 – $62,846.00 annually
