We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job description. Key info: - Location: Greater Hartford, Connecticut (maybe location not needed as heading; could be in a paragraph? Not required to have a heading for location; we can include in a paragraph maybe under About the role? But we can just include as a paragraph before sections? The instruction: output only HTML fragment, no extra. We can include a

for location? Not required but we can include as part of description. However they said preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep location info. Could put in a

before sections. - Starting Salary: $67,000 (but later they also say $69,200 starting salary). There's inconsistency: first line says Starting Salary: $67,000, later "Why Join The Village $69,200 starting salary". We need to preserve both? Probably we should include both as they appear. But we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state salary. So we need a Pay section with the salary info. Which number to use? Both appear; we could include both maybe as "Starting salary: $67,000 (or $69,200 as noted)". But we must not invent or summarize away detail. We could include both statements as separate sentences. That preserves info. - Sign-on bonus $5,000 mentioned under Why Join The Village. - Benefits: list includes Continuing Education Units (CEUs) through HealthStream and additional training opportunities, Professional license reimbursement, Tuition reimbursement, Student loan repayment program, workplace culture rooted in compassion, collaboration, and equity. Also later Benefits section: "Our benefits package supports your whole life with comprehensive health coverage, generous paid time off, and employer matched retirement savings. We also invest in your growth through tuition assistance (Loan Forgiveness Program – NHSC, tuition reimbursement and Student Loan Repayment)." plus link. We need to combine benefits info without duplication but preserve all. We'll list bullet points. - About The Role: description of two pathways. - Key Responsibilities: list. - Required Experience Education & Qualifications: list. - Also there is a line: "If you're driven by purpose..." that's a closing statement; could be part of About the role or a separate paragraph. - Keywords list at end: we could ignore as boilerplate? It's not exactly boilerplate but it's a list of keywords; maybe we can include as a paragraph? It's substantive? Might be considered metadata; but we can include as a

maybe not needed. The instruction: remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Keywords not exactly that; but could be considered filler. Safer to omit? It says preserve ALL substantive information; keywords might be considered substantive for search but not required. I'd include them as a paragraph maybe under a heading? There's no heading for Keywords. Could just include as a

after other sections. We must not create sections like Schedule if not present. No schedule info. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Pay: yes. Benefits: yes. Schedule: no. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Possibly also "About The Role" heading exactly as "About the role". Use

. We need to decide what goes under Requirements vs Qualifications vs Skills. The posting has "Required Experience Education & Qualifications". That includes education, license, experience, bilingual, cultural competency, diagnostic skills, knowledge, communication, organizational skills, ability to work independently, proficiency with computer. We could split: Requirements: Education & Qualifications (master's degree, license, experience). Qualifications: maybe bilingual/bicultural, cultural competency, etc. Skills: diagnostic, assessment, therapeutic skills, knowledge of systems, communication, organizational, ability to work independently, computer proficiency. But we must not invent headings with filler. We need to ensure each heading has real specific content. We could combine: Requirements: Master's degree, active CT license, 2+ years postgraduate outpatient experience. Qualifications: Bilingual/bicultural strongly encouraged, demonstrated cultural competency, experience with diverse populations. Skills: Strong diagnostic, assessment, therapeutic skills across individual, family, group modalities; knowledge of behavioral health and child welfare systems, community resources; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently while seeking consultation as needed; proficiency with basic computer and documentation systems. That seems reasonable. Now Responsibilities: list from Key Responsibilities. About the role: description of two pathways. Benefits: combine bullet list. Pay: include starting salary and sign-on bonus. We also have location: Greater Hartford, Connecticut. Could be a

before sections. Also there is a line: "Explore more about working with us: thevillage.org/careers". That's a link; could be included as a

maybe. Also "Why Join The Village" includes bullet list: $69,200 starting salary, $5,000 sign-on bonus, CEUs, professional license reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment program, workplace culture... We'll incorporate. We must not repeat info unnecessarily but preserve all. We'll try to avoid duplication but still include all details. Let's craft HTML:

We have duplicated salary info in Benefits and Pay. Might be duplication but we need to preserve all info. Could keep both but maybe it's okay. However we should avoid unnecessary duplication? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplication is not prohibited, but we could avoid repeating same info in two places if it's same. However the Benefits list includes salary and sign-on bonus; Pay section also includes them. That's duplication but still preserves info. Might be okay. But we could choose to put salary info only in Pay section and benefits list exclude salary to avoid duplication. However the benefits list originally includes salary and sign-on bonus as part of "Why Join The Village". If we remove them from benefits, we might be omitting that substantive info from benefits section. But we still have it in Pay section, so overall info preserved. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Having salary in both may be thin. Better to keep salary only in Pay section, and benefits list exclude salary and sign-on bonus (since they are covered under Pay). However the benefits list also includes "Workplace culture rooted in compassion, collaboration, and equity" etc. We'll keep those. Thus Benefits section will not include salary/sign-on bonus. Let's adjust. Benefits bullet list: - Continuing Education Units (CEUs) through HealthStream and additional training opportunities - Professional license reimbursement - Tuition reimbursement - Student loan repayment program - Workplace culture rooted in compassion, collaboration, and equity - Comprehensive health coverage - Generous paid time off - Employer matched retirement savings - Tuition assistance (Loan Forgiveness Program – NHSC, tuition reimbursement and Student Loan Repayment) Now Pay section includes starting salary and sign-on bonus. We still have the alternative salary $69,200; we need to preserve that. Could mention both: Starting salary: $67,000 (also noted as $69,200). Sign-on bonus: $5,
