About the role

This role is dedicated to helping public sector customers adopt and evolve their Legal Data Intelligence workflows using Relativity's FOIA product. Key responsibilities include leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements, translating adoption challenges into AI-enabled outcomes, and representing Adoption Services externally.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of adoption for FOIA customers, guiding them towards measurable adoption and business outcomes.
  • Lead multi-stakeholder engagements with public sector customers, navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to share feedback, surface adoption barriers, and improve adoption strategies.
  • Represent Adoption Services externally through customer-facing thought leadership.
  • Drive partner and service provider enablement, including "train the trainer" programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in preparing FOIA and Privacy Act responses.
  • Deep knowledge of FOIA process, including intake, triage, and tracking requests.
  • Experience with system and template configuration for internal activities and external communications.
  • Expertise in record search, collection, review, and redaction workflows.
  • Ability to report and monitor progress, produce reviews, and manage large document sets.
  • Hands-on experience with FedRAMP-authorized environments, CJIS compliance, and cloud-based SaaS architecture.
  • Strong written and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with at least one federal government agency running FOIA workflows.

Skills

  • Expertise in FOIA statutes, state public records laws, Privacy Act, and redaction requirements.
  • Comfort with practical application of AI tools to expedite workflows.
  • Strong consultative skills, influencing customer executives and legal practitioners.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, managing multiple strategic accounts.
  • Relativity Certified Administrator certification is a plus.

Benefits

The role is eligible for a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary, annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range is between $134,000 and $202,000, with the final offer based on experience, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
