About the role

This role is dedicated to helping public sector customers adopt and evolve their Legal Data Intelligence workflows using Relativity's FOIA product. Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end adoption, leading complex multi-stakeholder engagements, and representing Adoption Services externally.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of adoption of FOIA customers
  • Guide customers in adopting and evolving their workflows
  • Facilitate cross-product discussions to mature their operating models
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements for public sector customers
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to share feedback and solve adoption barriers
  • Represent Adoption Services externally through customer-facing thought leadership
  • Drive partner and service provider enablement, including "train the trainer" programs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in preparing FOIA and Privacy Act responses
  • Deep knowledge of FOIA process including intake, triage, and tracking requests
  • Experience with system and template configuration for internal activities/tasks and external communications
  • Knowledge of record search, collection, review, and redaction workflows
  • Ability to report and monitor progress, conduct production reviews and releases
  • Public Trust clearance currently held or able to be obtained
  • Expertise in FOIA statutes, state public records laws, Privacy Act, and redaction requirements
  • Hands-on experience with FedRAMP-authorized environments, CJIS compliance, IL4/IL5 security levels, and cloud-based SaaS architecture in the federal sector
  • Comfort with practical application of AI tools to expedite workflows
  • Strong written and communication skills to explain technical concepts and AI assisted workflows
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Organizational and time-management skills to own multiple strategic accounts and team-level initiatives
  • Experience with at least one federal government agency running FOIA workflows
  • Experience with multiple federal, state, and/or local agencies on workflows applied to public records, open records, or sunshine law requests
  • Experience with AI/ML solutions for Legal Data Intelligence
  • Relativity Certified Administrator certification

Pay

The expected salary range for this role is between $134,000 and $202,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
