About the role

This role is dedicated to helping public sector customers adopt and evolve their Legal Data Intelligence workflows using Relativity's FOIA product. Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end adoption, leading complex engagements, and representing the team as a subject-matter expert.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of adoption for FOIA customers, guiding them towards measurable adoption and business outcomes.
  • Lead multi-stakeholder engagements with public sector customers, addressing ambiguity and prioritizing customer-specific dynamics.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to enhance workflow efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to share feedback, identify adoption barriers, and develop scalable enablement approaches.
  • Represent Adoption Services externally through customer-facing thought leadership and contribute to the team's collective product depth.
  • Drive partner and service provider enablement, including training programs that extend Relativity's reach into customers we don't serve directly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in preparing FOIA and Privacy Act responses.
  • Deep knowledge of the FOIA process, including intake, triage, and tracking requests.
  • Experience with system and template configuration, record search, collection, review, and redaction workflows.
  • Public Trust clearance currently held or able to be obtained.
  • Expertise in FOIA statutes, state public records laws, Privacy Act, and redaction requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with FedRAMP-authorized environments, CJIS compliance, IL4/IL5 security levels, and cloud-based SaaS architecture.
  • Comfort with practical application of AI tools to expedite workflows and daily tasks.
  • Strong written and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to various audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with at least one federal government agency running FOIA workflows, or experience with multiple agencies on public records, open records, or sunshine law requests.
  • Experience with AI/ML solutions for Legal Data Intelligence is a plus.
  • Relativity Certified Administrator is a plus.

Qualifications

Benefits

Includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range is between $134,000 and $202,000, with the final offer based on experience, qualifications, and internal pay equity.

The position is eligible for total compensation, including a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

Schedule

Willing to travel 25-50% to spend 1:1 time with key customers for onsite consultations and adoption-specific workshops.
