About the role
We are looking for a strong, experienced, and hands-on Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical operations and help lead our nursing team. You will work side by side with the Director of Nursing to ensure consistent care standards, regulatory compliance, and staff development across all shifts. Responsibilities
- Support the DON in overseeing daily nursing operations across all shifts
- Conduct clinical rounds and ensure consistent care standards facility-wide
- Assist with nursing staff recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and competency evaluations
- Supervise and mentor RNs
