Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations
- Support, mentor, and develop nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Monitor resident conditions and ensure accurate, compliant documentation
- Assist in maintaining survey readiness and regulatory compliance
- Participate in QAPI and quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct clinical rounding to support staff and residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families
- Help foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compassion
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license (required)
- Previous leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- A passion for delivering resident-centered care

Pay
$75,000 - $80,000 annually
