About the role
The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of modern, functional web experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Responsibilities
- Build modular component structures and designs, including custom components and business-safe content templates.
- Work with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics for potential integrations.
- Familiarize with both headless and conventional CMS architectures, including SPA, HTL, and hybrid options.
- Utilize Adobe Edge Delivery Services, CI/CD, and cloud debugging tools.
- Understand Adobe's charge structure, including content requests, overage fees, etc.
- Create content request definitions, design and implement caching strategies to minimize Content Requests (CRs) to the backend.
- Configure AEM Dispatcher and CDN caching settings for optimal performance.
- Optimize assets, dynamic media, and renditions for efficient delivery.
- Model AEM workflows, including approvals chains and legal reviews.
- Implement search, Answer, and Graph engine optimizations for better user experience.
- Integrate with compliance and audit tools, such as Site auditing tools like Semrush.
Requirements
- Proven experience building modern, functional web experiences with Adobe Experience Manager.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in web development and content management systems.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
