Job Description
Lead the design and development of scalable AEM-based digital platforms, driving both headless and traditional architecture implementations.
Provide technical leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery, cloud adoption, and seamless integration across Adobe Experience Cloud and enterprise systems.
Required Skills (Must-Have)
- 8–12+ years in digital platforms with 5+ years in AEM
- Expertise in AEM Sites, Assets (DAM), Forms
- Strong experience in Headless CMS (Content Fragments, GraphQL)
- Proficiency in AEM Core Components and Editable Templates
- Hands-on coding in Java/J2EE (Spring, Servlets) and JavaScript (ES6+, React/Angular)
- Deep understanding of Sling, OSGi, JCR
- Experience in AEM workflows, content modeling, personalization
- Knowledge of multi-site management and localization
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
- Hands-on with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch integrations
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Maven)
- Experience on AWS or Azure cloud platforms
- Knowledge of performance optimization, caching, CDN strategies
- Ability to lead technical delivery, code quality, and scalability
Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have)
- Experience in Financial Services / Insurance domain
- Adobe AEM certifications (Developer/Architect)
- Experience in large-scale AEM implementations
- Exposure to personalization, CDP, and MarTech platforms
- Experience in AEM cloud migration (on-prem to AEMaaCS)
- Understanding of digital marketing and CX ecosystems
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $96,366 - $150,000.
