About the role
This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval.
Responsibilities
- Development of AEM components, templates, workflows, publishing, configurations & customizations
- Achieve alignment with security, privacy, and governing regulations pertinent to financial services websites, including WCAG compliance for ADA
- Regularly evaluate website health, including environment strategy, and platform security
- Ensure technical issues are quickly resolved and implement strategies and solutions to help reduce the likelihood of reoccurrence
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced Agile Scrum Delivery Team environment
- Conduct technical reviews, support release management, mentor team members, and ensure alignment to architectural guardrails
- Produce high-quality documentation (architecture diagrams, ERDs, integration flows)
- Provide thought leadership on website modernization initiatives and future-state capabilities
Requirements
- Proven practical experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar tools
- Platform familiarity: Apache, application logs, web infrastructure
- Experience leading engineering teams
- Superb communication and executive presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to influence, negotiate, and drive alignment across diverse teams
- A proactive approach with strong ownership and accountability
- Proficiency in: Back-end: Java / J2EE, Front-end: JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Integration: RESTful web services
Skills
- Strong Java development expertise and experience in Agile environments
- Strategic mentorship on website modernization efforts
- Collaboration across teams to drive scalable and reliable platform solutions
Qualifications
- Proven track record using Jira or Azure DevOps
- Hands on experience building AEM components and working with JCR, Figma, and AEM workflows
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, J2EE, CSS and related technologies
- Working knowledge and understanding of the following: Apache, app server logs, RESTful web services and jQuery
Benefits
Base Salary Range: $160,000.00 - $170,000.00
This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs.
