What You Will Be Doing
- Addressing inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours through clear, professional, and Alpha-consistent messaging
- Organizing and managing admissions activities, campus visits, and student shadow opportunities from planning through follow-up
- Ensuring applicant records remain comprehensive and accurate in CRM and admissions systems
- Conducting meetings with families to clarify Alpha's educational approach, respond to questions, and document key information
- Partnering with campus and admissions teams to maintain an efficient and coordinated admissions process
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Rendering final admissions judgments or establishing enrollment guidelines
- Delivering instruction or managing academic content
- Applying aggressive sales methods or templated messaging
- Functing in an ambiguous or sluggish setting
Basic Requirements
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience
- At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
- At least 1 year of experience working in a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated attention to data accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Ability to work on-site in Palo Alto, CA or Piedmont (East Bay), CA
- Authorization to work in the United States

- Experience supporting admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
