Admissions Shift Lead

About the role

Help support the Admissions team during daily operations at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Columbus. You’ll keep lines moving, guest energy positive, and jump in to assist guests and teammates whenever needed. Through coaching and hands-on experience, you’ll learn leadership skills, help train and motivate team members, and support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families. You’ll also work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Support the Admissions team during daily operations
• Maintain positive guest energy and efficient lines
• Assist guests and teammates as needed
• Develop leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience
• Help train and motivate team members
• Ensure a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families
• Collaborate with supervisors and other attraction teams

Qualifications

• Outgoing, positive, and confident interacting with people
• Able to stay calm in busy situations
• Enjoy helping and encouraging others
• Experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions
• Interest in growing into leadership
• Available weekends and holidays (required)
• Previous leadership and training experience is a plus
