Job Responsibilities
- Taking inquiry calls from potential students
- Returning web inquiries and calls promptly
- Making outbound phone calls to potential students
- Scheduling and conducting student interviews
- Providing basic information and routine advice to students
- Mentoring and advising students to help them identify their unique skills and interests
- Addressing easily-resolved inquiries, questions, concerns, or issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis
