Admissions Representative, Alpha - $75,000/year USD

About the role

Your role will guide each family's experience from initial outreach through final enrollment, ensuring that every touchpoint embodies Alpha's precision, care, and high standards. You will manage day-to-day correspondence, orchestrate impactful admissions experiences, and keep applicant data accurate to support sound decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Addressing inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours through clear, professional messaging aligned with Alpha's voice
• Organizing and executing admissions events, campus visits, and shadow days, from planning logistics to conducting follow-up
• Keeping applicant records complete and precise across CRM systems and admissions tools
• Conducting family meetings to present Alpha's educational model, answer questions, and document key insights
• Partnering with campus and admissions teams to maintain a streamlined and effective admissions process

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in admissions, enrollment, events, or related roles
• At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
• At least 1 year of experience working in a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated attention to data accuracy
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
• Able to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ
• Authorization to work in the United States
