What You Will Be Doing
- Replying to prospective family inquiries within 24 hours with clear, professional, and Alpha-consistent messaging
- Coordinating and delivering admissions events, campus visits, and student shadow experiences from planning stages through follow-up communications
- Ensuring applicant records remain comprehensive and accurate across CRM systems and admissions tools
- Conducting meetings with families to describe Alpha's approach, respond to their questions, and document key information
- Working closely with campus teams and admissions staff to support a streamlined and effective admissions process
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Rendering final admissions decisions or shaping enrollment policies
- Delivering instruction or managing academic curriculum
- Employing aggressive sales methods or scripted messaging
- Working in an environment that lacks structure or moves slowly
Basic Requirements
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience
- At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
- At least 1 year of experience working in a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated attention to data accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Authorization to work in the United States

- Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Experience supporting admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
- Comfort working in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
