About the role
The OU Office of Admissions & Recruitment (OAR) seeks an individual to join our dynamic team. OAR supports incoming freshman and transfer students, as well as their families and communities, throughout the college application and decision process. The ideal candidate will exhibit integrity, care, intentionality, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment and admission of students, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the student experience and promote diversity.
- Manage and mentor a team, fostering a culture of trust and respect.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve recruitment outcomes and student satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of related experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma Driver's License or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire date.

Pay
Targeted salary range: $54,700 - $63,000 annually, based on experience.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional weekend travel.
