About the role

The Admissions Manager manages all aspects of recruitment and admissions for The Academy of Scholars. This is a full-time, 12-month position with some evenings and weekends required.

Responsibilities

  • Attract a broad, diverse, and mission-aligned applicant pool to enroll in the school
  • Meet enrollment targets and other identified goals
  • Promote the school
  • Guide families through the admissions process from initial inquiry to acceptance and enrollment

Requirements

  • Educational background: A bachelor's degree
  • Experience: Experience in admissions or equivalent
  • Attributes: Enthusiasm, initiative, confidence, a commitment to excellence
