Admissions Recruiter

Duties

  • Manage, nurture, and convert prospective students from the prospect stage through to Deposited and Registered.
  • Meet or exceed their quota each semester by:
    • Outbound phone calls
    • Inbound phone calls
    • Zoom meetings
    • Hosting online webinars
    • High ROI events
  • Generate leads in their assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue effective strategies to continue identifying and engaging prospects.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in higher education recruiting or sales.
  • Successfully converted over 1,000 matriculated students.
  • Strong project management and implementation skills.
  • Expertise in using higher education CRMs, specifically Radius by Campus Management and Colleague.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Two to four years of related experience and/or training.
  • Experience should be in admissions, recruiting, or sales.
  • Superior command of English grammar and spelling; excellent verbal and written communication; exceptional presentation and public speaking ability.
  • Working knowledge and application of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn new software packages.
  • Reasoning Ability: Applies logical or scientific methods to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
