About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs tailored to meet organizational needs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessment tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between training objectives and business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workforce development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Experience with adult learning theories and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
