Responsibilities
- Manage employee benefits enrollment processes
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, timekeeping, and leave policies
- Coordinate with external vendors for insurance and retirement plans
- Prepare and maintain accurate personnel records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in HR or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and software
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
