About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee benefits enrollment processes
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, timekeeping, and leave policies
  • Coordinate with external vendors for insurance and retirement plans
  • Prepare and maintain accurate personnel records

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in HR or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and software
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in data entry and record management
