About the Role
The Regional Campus in Northern Kentucky is seeking a professional Admissions Officer to lead application processing, recruitment, and events for the Regional Campus Medical School. This position serves as the first point of contact for admissions operations, ensuring consistency in application processing, onboarding, and continuous support for applicants. The role manages multiple complex recruitment events annually and executes ongoing outreach. This position works in conjunction with the University of Kentucky, College of Medicine Admissions Office in Lexington and is integral to the admissions process for the four-year Regional Campus.
Responsibilities
- Lead application processing for the Regional Campus Medical School.
- Serve as the first point of contact for admissions operations, ensuring consistency in application processing and onboarding.
- Manage and execute multiple complex recruitment events each year.
- Conduct continuous outreach to prospective applicants.
- Collaborate with the University of Kentucky, College of Medicine Admissions Office in Lexington.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- One year of related experience (required).
- Bachelor’s degree plus three or more years of experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Windows, Excel, SAP, Adobe PDFs, data collection/analysis, and scheduling multiple calendars.
Physical Requirements
- Sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods.
- Repetitive motion.
- Lifting, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lbs.
- Driving as needed.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week), with frequent early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekend work as needed.
Pay
$19.56–$31.29 per hour.
