Responsibilities
- Complete nursing intake assessments and admissions
- Obtain vitals, medication history, and medical history
- Conduct urine drug screens and admission testing
- Cookpilot admissions with medical and clinical teams
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Provide compassionate and professional client care throughout the admissions process
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RN license in good standing
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detox, behavioral health, psych, ER, or addiction treatment experience preferred but not required
