Cypress Village is recruiting for a hospitality focused Admissions Nurse to join our team. Cypress Village is a 120 acre and wooded lakefront community in Jacksonville close to Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville beaches and is one of Florida's best kept secrets. Today, Cypress Village is one of twelve retirement communities in Florida managed by Life Care Services (LCS), the nation's leading developer and manager of senior living communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with completing all admission process for new admits daily, to include initial and second skin assessments
• Ensure all paperwork is completed
• Ensure all medications are sent to pharmacy
• Meet and greet all new admissions
• Explain expectations of SNF stay to new residents and families
• If no admissions, help with unit coverage (cover for unit manager vacations)
• On call rotation with nurse management team

Qualifications

• RN preferred
• IV certified (if LPN)
• SNF experience a plus
• Customer service focused

Pay

Salary Range $75-80k based on education and experience.
