Admissions Director

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the entire patient admissions process, ensuring timely follow-up on all leads, referral response times of less than 15 minutes, and achievement of budgeted census and payer goals.
• Building and nurturing relationships with key referral sources in the community through regular engagement and a consistent touchpoint system.
• Focusing on increasing market share through active brand curation and community marketing initiatives.
• Serving as the brand steward, maintaining and updating the nursing center’s website and managing social media engagement to ensure a positive online presence and a Google rating above 4.0, with a 15% improvement in current reviews.
• Led efforts to improve interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring the smooth execution of transition-of-care processes, strong patient and family communication, and fostering a supportive team environment.
• Achieving a 50% or greater conversion ratio by improving the patient referral-to-admit process, tour-to-admit conversion, and strengthening the overall admissions strategy.
• Striving for a 10% improvement in referral conversion within the first 3 months and a 10% improvement in tour-to-admit ratio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business needs, specifically incoming admissions.
