What You Will Be Doing

• Oversight of the admissions inbox, providing prompt, clear, and professional responses to prospective families.
• Support families throughout the admissions journey with consistent outreach and clearly defined next steps.
• Plan and implement admissions events, including information sessions, shadow day visits, and community gatherings.
• Collaborate with on-campus teams to arrange student visits and deliver a seamless family experience.
• Keep admissions records current and accurate, monitoring all applications and follow-up activities.

Basic Requirements

• 2+ years of customer-facing or operations-focused experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and experience managing records or CRM systems.
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities.
• Comfortable balancing remote work with in-person event responsibilities.
• Authorized to work in the US and able to attend in-person campus events.

Job Details

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
