If You Are Needing Any Extra Assistance Or Have Any Questions Relating To a Job You Have Applied For, Please Click The Link Below And Find The Agency For Which You Applied For Additional Information Agency Contact We need to remove EEO etc. Also remove "Notes:" maybe not needed? It's location info; could be considered substantive? It's location. Might keep as part of prose? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we can keep location as part of prose maybe in About the role? But we have sections: About the role (maybe a summary), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have Pay: Salary $5,166.67 per month / $62,000 per year. So we can include Pay section. Schedule: Not explicitly given; we have "Some evening and weekends hours are required." That's schedule info? Could be considered schedule. The posting does not give specific schedule like full-time, but we have Full/Part-Time: Full time. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with "Full-time" and note about evening/weekend hours. Benefits: we have details. Responsibilities: we have many bullet-like duties under Recruiting, Admissions And Marketing Coordination, Managerial, Typical Functions. We can combine into a list. Requirements: maybe Education and Experience? Also Licenses/Certificates required: None. Could be under Requirements. Qualifications: maybe Knowledge, Skills and Abilities? But we also have Skills separate. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Skills). So we need to map content. We have "Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:" which includes skills and abilities. Could go under Skills. We have "Education and Experience:" which could go under Requirements or Qualifications. Usually Requirements includes education/experience. Qualifications could be additional like preferred qualifications. But we have only education/experience. Could put under Requirements. We have "Basic Purpose" and initial description; could be About the role. Thus sections: - About the role: Basic Purpose + overview paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties (Recruiting, Admissions And Marketing Coordination, Managerial, Typical Functions). Could be bullet list. - Requirements: Education and Experience (4-6 years experience..., 3-4 years working with youth, BA/BS a plus but not required, Licenses/Certificates required: None). Also maybe Conditions of Employment? Those are conditions not requirements. Could be separate but not required heading. We'll keep Conditions of Employment maybe as part of Requirements? But it's not typical. Might omit as not requested heading. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. Conditions of Employment is specific content but not one of the standard headings; we could incorporate into Requirements or maybe omit. Safer to include as a short paragraph under Requirements? But it's not exactly requirement. Could add a separate section "Conditions" but not in list. Better to incorporate into Requirements as notes. - Skills: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities paragraph. - Benefits: Benefits paragraph. - Pay: Salary. - Schedule: Full-time, some evening and weekend hours required. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. Now produce HTML. We need to use

    for each section heading. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Thus for each section we can have

      About the role

      then

      ...

. For Responsibilities we can have

      Responsibilities

      then
      • ...
      • ...
. For Requirements similar. For Skills we can have

      Skills

      then

      ...

(since it's prose). Could also list but it's okay. Benefits:

      Benefits

      then
      • ...
      • ...
      maybe list each benefit. Pay:

      Pay

      then

      $5,166.67 per month / $62,000 per year

      . Schedule:

      Schedule

      then

Full-time; some evening and weekend hours required.

We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information. Let's extract details. About the role: combine Basic Purpose and the paragraph after "Job Description". Actually Basic Purpose: "Lead a data driven recruiting and admissions process that uses performance trends and applicant metrics to guide decisions to improve recruitment, and registration outcomes for the Thunderbird Challenge Program." Then the paragraph: "The Admissions and Recruiting Manager, under the supervision of the Deputy Director, is responsible for leading the admissions and recruiting functions of the Thunderbird Challenge Program, Oklahoma’s National Guard Youth Challenge Program. The position uses recruiting and admissions data to guide strategy, manage performance, maintain a strong pool of qualified applicants, and ensure established recruiting
