Admissions Advisor- Traditional and Student Athletes

What You'll Do

• Generate inquiries, applications, and enrollments through school visits, college fairs, athletic recruiting events, and virtual outreach.
• Develop lasting partnerships with high schools, community colleges, athletic coaches, and international education partners.
• Walk students and families through every step of admissions, from first contact to enrollment day, with empathy and clarity.
• Advise international applicants on everything from English proficiency requirements to visa documentation, partnering closely with our International Student Services team.
• Serve as the key admissions link between coaches, the Athletic Director, and prospective athletes.
• Help plan and run recruitment events, orientations, and welcome programs that make a great first impression.

What You Bring

• A bachelor's degree and 2+ years in admissions, recruitment, sales, or marketing.
• Comfort working in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• A genuine curiosity about other cultures and a knack for cross-cultural communication.
• Drive, organization, and the flexibility to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Michigan.
