What Your Day Will Look Like Support cross-functional duties for other departments as assignedOperate VPS Vertique Picking & loading software within the automation environment Maintain proper function of certain machines through advanced problem-solving skills and logic to include simple data manipulationTroubleshoot system for simple malfunctionsAssist in physical manipulation of product within the system as needed to facilitate the successful resolution of system errors and communicate requests to other personnelPerform general housekeeping dutiesPerforms appropriate duties as assigned by management What You Need To Succeed Minimum of 18 years oldPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policiesRegular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the jobAbility to read, write and speak EnglishAbility to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelinesAbility to maintain safety and security of Company assetsAbility to utilize all Company provided resources and technologyEffective communication skillsAbility to work with all functional team membersOne-year certificate from college or technical school; or 2 - 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to pass an Excel competency test Ability to demonstrate analytical, adaptability, assertiveness, business acumen, customer service, decisiveness, independence, initiative, innovation, problem solving, project management, quality management, strategic thinking, technical, and teamwork skills Knowledge of package dimensions, descriptions, and SKU numbers preferred Physical Requirements Position will be required to comply with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program.
