Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages and optimizes the Firm's Salesforce CRM platform.
- Serves as a liaison between marketing, business development, and client relationship teams.
- Collaborates with the marketing technology team, business development professionals, and IT to deliver technical solutions.
- Supports marketing, business development, and client relationship initiatives.
- Partners with the marketing technology team, business development professionals, and IT to deliver technical solutions that enable efficient client development and marketing campaign execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Minimum three to five years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with a proven track record of system configuration and optimization.
- Experience in a law firm or comparable services industry preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) or Platform App Builder preferred.
- Working knowledge of the varying nature of software projects and capable of working effectively on small, medium, and large projects in a professional services environment.
