Summary The Administrator on Duty is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations by acting as a liaison with all departments. Balance staffing on a shift-by-shift basis, reallocating resources as census and acuity demand and facilitates patient placement. Is a resource for problem solving and keeps Directors, Managers, and Administrators informed as appropriate to the circumstances.
