Pay

$130,000 to $145,000 per year, plus an annual bonus. Placement within the wage range is determined by years of experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all functions of the facility, including admissions and marketing
• Manage financial operations and strategic oversight
• Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with quality assurance standards
• Maintain the physical plant and maximize revenue
• Demonstrate sound financial management
• Act as a mentor and communicator to staff
• Uphold excellent patient care standards

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, currently licensed by the State
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficient in human relations and administrative management
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight stays
• Must relate positively and favorably to residents, families, government regulators, and colleagues at all levels
• Must pass a criminal background investigation, drug screening, and reference inquiry
