Summary Responsibilities Responsible for the overall management of the clinical, regulatory, administrative, and financial direction of our Medicare-certified facility.Oversee facility compliance with federal, state, and local laws.Maintain knowledge of regulatory guidelines; recommend operational changes as needed.Ensure and improve the financial stability of the facility. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator license.Ability to pass a criminal background check.Two (2) or more years of Nursing Home Administration experience. Desired Experience Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.Proven success in operations, compliance, sustainable census building, sound financial performance, excellent survey history, and superior satisfaction.
