The Caris Healthcare Administrator leads the organization, focusing on people and process development, ensuring high-quality care, financial management, and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise hospice agency personnel
• Demonstrate leadership and management skills to maintain high employee satisfaction and low turnover
• Recruit, hire, and direct training and education for employees
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures for the hospice agency and its personnel
• Manage and evaluate the quality of care provided and conduct supervisory visits with employees as needed
• Manage and optimize productivity of employees and service utilization
• Maintain and develop key relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, and other healthcare organizations and referral sources

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of healthcare-related experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Works well both with a team and independently
• Proficient in computer and technology skills
