Administrator III-Logistics
About the role
Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, bin audits, reconciliation activities, and root cause analysis.
Perform material handling, staging, and kitting activities to support production and operational requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required transactions across applicable systems.
Complete physical and administrative tasks associated with: Receiving, Shipping, Storing and distributing materials, Packing products for shipment and preparing required domestic and export documentation.
Execute transactions in ERP and shipping systems, including UPS, FedEx, and other applicable platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, bin audits, reconciliation activities, and root cause analysis.

Requirements/Qualifications
- Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Warehousing, Shipping and receiving, Manufacturing operations.
- Technical Skills Experience using logistics, inventory, or ERP systems, such as Agile, SAP, or Dynamics AX. Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, or other shipping platforms. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Core Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision. High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range
The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $16.83 - $41.83.
Raise is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
