About the role

The Administrator, CIVAS Producer Solutions plays a critical role in supporting CIVAS operations through the coordination and administration of a wide range of business processes, including insurance certificates, vendor approvals, licensing requests, job database updates, and client service requests. This position ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across operational activities, allowing appraisers and business leaders to focus on delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the creation of insurance certificates.
  • As a trusted partner; build strong relationships with the management team through timely, relevant, thorough, and tailored communication.
  • Complete vendor approval requests on behalf of CVAS appraisers, which may include collecting required documents, managing applications and accompanying documents.
  • Troubleshoot allocations issues for appraisers.
  • Process requested job changes in the CVAS internal jobs database.
  • Process temp licensing requests for producers; this includes researching and identifying the correct application and ensuring all requirements are met prior to submission.
  • Respond to requests from clients and producers for hard copies of appraisal reports.
  • Manage and maintain administrative functions for CIVAS operations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 2+ years of administrative, operations, or coordination experience (preferred in professional services, real estate, financial services, or similar environments).
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Professional discretion in handling confidential information.

Qualifications

  • Full understanding of company policies and guidelines is critical so that all operations are interpreted correctly and followed in accordance with company policies ensuring smooth business operations.

Pay

Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $23/hour to $26.50/hour
